Nature Based Experiences
Seasonal, facilitated experiences rooted in nature, presence, and connection.
How We Gather
Nature-based experiences at Seven Seas invite you beyond the traditional therapy room and into living relationship with land, animals, movement, and one another. Each gathering is thoughtfully designed to support nervous-system regulation, reflection, and meaningful connection through guided facilitation and shared presence outdoors.
❋ Intentional Structure
Experiences are thoughtfully paced, balancing guided moments with open space for reflection, movement, and rest.
❋ Collaborative Energy
Connection is central. Gatherings invite shared learning while honoring individual boundaries, autonomy, and capacity.
❋ Expert Facilitation
Experiences are led by licensed clinicians and trained facilitators grounded in trauma-informed, somatic, and relational approaches.
❋ A Supportive Space
Safety, consent, and respect are prioritized so participants can show up as they are and engage meaningfully.

Emma is a certified Equine-Assisted Learning Facilitator and a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, whose work bridge is science, spirituality, and the healing power of the horse – human bond. With a deep understanding of how trauma disrupts connection, she helps clients regulate their nervous systems and rebuild trust in relationships – without needing to retell their story.
Talitha grew up around horses and has long felt a deep, intuitive connection to animals and the natural world. She brings 16 years of experience in private practice as a licensed mental health psychotherapist, specializing in trauma-informed, relational, and somatic work. Her approach weaves clinical depth with embodied presence, creating spaces that feel both safe and transformative.
