About Talitha
Who I Am
I’m a licensed therapist, artist, and space-holder for those navigating the deep work of healing. I’ve spent over 16 years walking alongside individuals, couples, families and creatives — holding space for trauma, relational repair, anxiety, and the quiet longing to come back home to self. My style is intuitive, embodied, and grounded in presence.
My Approach
My work is rooted in internal family systems (IFS), somatic therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and a deep understanding of early attachment. I believe that healing doesn’t come from insight alone — it comes from experiencing something new in the body, in relationship, and in how we hold our internal world.
In our work together, we create space to connect with the parts of you that have been pushed aside, silenced, or overwhelmed. We listen to the nervous system, honor its protections, and gently create room for curiosity and change. Whether through imagery, sensation, or shared reflection, our sessions are designed to meet you where you are — and invite forward what’s been waiting.
My Path
I earned my MA in Counseling Psychology from the Seattle School of Theology & Psychology in 2010. After graduating, I remained closely connected to the school, facilitating graduate-level practicums for three years. During that time, I supported and mentored new therapists as they stepped into clinical work for the first time — helping them develop trust in their instincts, deepen their presence, and build confidence in the therapeutic relationship.
Following that, I joined a team of therapists and community leaders to help launch a women’s income-based counseling center in Seattle. The vision was to create a space where high-quality, trauma-informed care could be accessible to women regardless of financial means. That work shaped much of how I think about equity, belonging, and the importance of creating healing spaces that feel truly inclusive. Eventually, I opened my own private practice — one that continues to carry the imprint of all those early collective efforts.
Who I Work With
I work with women, couples, and creatives who are navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the slow work of reconnecting with themselves. Many of my clients are highly sensitive, deeply intuitive, or in seasons of transformation. Some are processing sexual trauma or grief. Others are working through patterns that no longer serve them — perfectionism, people-pleasing, or emotional shutdown — and want to feel more fully alive in their bodies, relationships, and creative work.
I’ve supported clients through depression, eating disorders, ADHD, faith shifts, body image struggles, and cross-cultural identity work. I love working with dreams, and often invite the unconscious into the room through symbols, body sensations, and imagination. Most of all, I’m drawn to working with people who are committed to their healing — those who are willing to be curious, courageous, and compassionate toward their own becoming.
The Vision
Seven Seas Wellness was born from a desire to offer healing spaces that feel less clinical and more human. I now live in Los Angeles, offering therapy to clients in Washington and coaching around the world. I hope to one day create a physical retreat space — where healing, nature, and creative restoration come together.
